The marigold flower is known to may support cleansing, as is green tea antioxidants and detoxifying herb with protecting and cleansing properties too. The flowers also have strong inflammation and healing capabilities. Lilies have been used since ancient times to support in calming the nervous system as well as helping the heart.

Hot Tea Steep: Place one blooming flower tea ball in a clear, medium to large-sized glass, teapot, or tempered glass pitcher. Add the hot water to 100C and pour the hot water into the glass container. Watch as it unravels from a tiny ball into a beautiful flower-like bloom. Allow steeping for eight minutes. And serve. These Flower Blooming Teas can be re-steeped up to three times.
Cold Tea Fusion: Place the container into the fridge for one hour, add ice and serve. A beautiful creation in a cocktail glass to impress as an ice tea.
