Add the hot water to 100C and pour the hot water into the glass container. Watch as it unravels from a tiny ball into a beautiful flower-like bloom. Allow steeping for eight minutes. And serve. These Flower Blooming Teas can be re-steeped up to three times.

Cold Tea Steep I Place the container into the fridge for one hour, add ice and serve. A beautiful creation in a cocktail glass to impress as an ice tea.
