Diffuser + Apply 04 to 08 drops, depending on how strong you like your ambient aroma and the size of your room, singly or create your blend with complimenting oils.

Shower Aroma + Drop to 02 to 03 drops in the corner of the shower floor, and inhale.

Bath Relaxation + Add 02 to 03 drops in the water, and relax while the aroma nurtures your body and mind, and nourishes your skin.
