Damaged Goods/Returns/Refunds
+ We take care when packing your order. If your purchase should become damaged through transit, we will refund or send to you free of delivery the replacement through Australia Regular Post. We will request a photo of broken goods with the packaging within 48 hours of you receiving.
+ When choosing a scented product, please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds if you change your mind, it does agree with you, or accidentally order the wrong scent.
+ All claims must be made within 48 hours from the time of you receiving your products.
+ Refunds will be issued under the Trading Acts Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cwth) and Sale of Goods Act 1958 (Vic). No part of these terms of use is to be taken as an express or implied repudiation of our obligations under these pieces of legislation.
Shipping - Australian Orders
+ Once your complete payment has been received via Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Bank Deposit, we will complete in fulfilling and packing your order. Due to each product being handmade, Sanso Cellular keeps a fresh rotation of small quantities on the shelf. Please allow up to 48 hours for creating and packaging to ensure you the freshness of your product on order if not on shelf, and or of a special request. Dispatch is generally within 24 hours.
+ All parcels are shipped via Australia Express Post, preferred for you to receive your order sooner. Please attach your mobile phone number and email address for your own tracking purposes, to receive Australia Post confirmation and updates of your delivery. Sanso Cellular will not accept responsibility for any parcel that could be missed placed through transit, unless you request extra cost in Insurance.
+ The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and/or size of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout step, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have the option not to proceed with finalising your order. Prices may vary if order is readjusted., and or price increase with Australia Post or Freight Courier.
Liability Limitation
+ The customer agrees to limit any claim it makes to the cost of replacement of products or acquiring equivalent products, that Sanso Cellular shall not be liable for any loss or expense arising after 7 days from delivery (or at all once products have been unpacked, and or otherwise used) Sanso Cellular shall not be liable for any contingent, consequential, direct, indirect special or punitive damages with a due to negligence or otherwise and the customer acknowledges this limit of liability and agrees to limit any claim accordingly and that no other term condition agreement warranty representation and or understanding whether express or implied in any way extending to, otherwise relating to or finding upon Sanso Cellular other than these terms is made or given by or on behalf of Sanso Cellular other than these terms.
